2. What I collect
- Information you send me directly (name, email, website URL, messages).
- Anonymous site analytics (page views, device type) if analytics is enabled.
- Messages you send via WhatsApp forms on this site.
I do not use cookies to track you across other sites. No ads, no retargeting pixels.
3. How I use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and deliver the service you requested.
- To send reports and updates about your active SEO campaign.
- To improve the website (aggregate analytics only).
I never sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.
4. Who sees your data
Only me. I don't have employees, VAs, or agency partners handling client data. When you message me on WhatsApp, those messages live in my personal WhatsApp Business account.
5. How long I keep it
Active client data: for the duration of our working relationship plus 12 months. Inquiry messages from people who never became clients: up to 6 months, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You can ask me to (a) show you what data I hold about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it entirely. Just email solo@offrankseo.com — I'll respond within 7 days.
7. Third-party services
This site may use: WhatsApp (message delivery), a hosting provider, and optionally an analytics provider. Each handles data under their own privacy terms.
8. Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to active clients.
